 <li>Four countries of Bosnia &amp; Herzegovina, Brunei, Georgia and Iran moved up or were newly added to the Top 100 ranking;</li>

 <li>Iran jumped the farthest with 73 places to enter at 99th place, followed by Brunei with 63 places to enter at 64th place and Bosnia &amp; Herzegovina with 22 places to rank at 75th place;</li>
 <li>Georgia moved the highest to 62nd place after rising up 16 places;</li>
 <li>Mongolia ranks at the 100th place with a sulfur limit of 350 ppm max (for the first time in this year&rsquo;s ranking), as compared to 500 ppm in previous rankings from 2015 to 2022; and</li>
 <li>13 countries are expected to move to 350 ppm and below in 2023-2024.</li>
